PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

1. Payment Methods

To activate a PRO account for certification prep, users can choose a payment method based on the platform they are using:

  • On the Website (estudyme.com):
    • International: Payment via PayPal.
  • On the Mobile Application:
    • iOS: Payment via Apple App Store (In-App Purchase).
    • Android: Payment via Google Play Store.

2. Service Activation Policy

  • Upon successful payment, your account will be upgraded to the PRO plan immediately (for PayPal, Apple, and Google transactions) or within 24 hours (for bank transfers).
  • Subscription prices may vary by region and platform due to local taxes or service fees charged by third-party providers (Apple/Google).

3. Refund Policy

A. Transactions on the Website (PayPal & Bank Transfer)

  • Conditions: Estudyme supports refund requests within 3 days of the payment date if the user encounters technical issues that cannot be resolved by our system.
  • Non-refundable cases: Refunds will not be issued if the user has exceeded the trial period or has violated our Terms of Service.
  • Process: To request a refund, please send an email or a message via Estudyme’s Facebook page, including your account details and the receipt/transaction ID.

B. Transactions on the App (Apple & Google)

Estudyme does not directly manage these payments. Therefore, we do not have the authority to issue direct refunds for transactions made through the App Store or Google Play Store.

  • How to request a refund: Users must follow the specific policies of the platform provider:
    • iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request.
    • Android: Request a refund through the "Order History" section on Google Play within 48 hours.

4. Cancellation

We do not use auto-renewal. Your PRO access will simply expire at the end of the term unless you choose to make a new purchase.
